The SB-01 stitching adapter is precision machined in order to accurately position the DSLR camera within the plane of focus established by the GG-01 ground glass adapter.  It allows the sensor of the DSLR camera to be positioned anywhere within a 6cm x 12cm scanning area.  Resulting in image captures of upto 220 Megapixels.
